While guests typically have to call a store's phone number and give their order number after they've arrived, FindMe with Arriva allows them to streamline the process while also preventing unpredictable rushes for employees, who often have limited team members to help them due to staffing reductions. As the service doesn't even require an app download, it's easily accessible to all guests.
