Taco John’s Adds the New Fiesta Burrito and Fiesta Quesadilla

Taco John’s introduced two new Fiesta menu entrées: the Fiesta Burrito and Fiesta Quesadilla, expanding the chain’s seasonal lineup and featuring the brand’s signature Fiesta sauce. Both items used fresh elements such as all-white meat chicken, Pico de Gallo and guacamole made with Hass avocados, presented in 10-inch flour tortillas.

The Fiesta Burrito combined seasoned rice, chicken, Fiesta sauce, and guacamole rolled into a soft tortilla, while the Fiesta Quesadilla offered a grilled four-cheese blend with Pico de Gallo, Fiesta sauce, and guacamole. Both were offered a la carte or in Combos paired with Potato Olés and a small drink, and the chain also promoted $5 two-taco deals and returning summer Lemonades.

For consumers, the launch broadened Taco John’s limited-time roster with craveable, shareable options that lean into bold, creamy flavors and convenience; the rollout reinforced the trend of regional chains refreshing menus via themed flavor kits and seasonal beverages.
