Ripso is a Fashion App for the Mindful Individual

Ripso is a mindful fashion app that promotes clothing ownership with a focus on sustainability practices. The eco-friendly service resurrects damaged wardrobe items and outdated styles with embroidery, patches, prints and more. The initiative originates from a need to oppose the industry's problematic encouragement for high consumption rates versus quality ownership.

The fashion app allows for people to customize and spice up their older clothing items. The user is able to browse a gallery of enhancements that can add a design-forward twist to an otherwise old or plain garment. Ripso sends a pre-labeled package, which the user can use to ship their item to the designated Ripso Designer. Once the customization is done, the artisan sends the updated item back to the original owner.
