Chef-Driven Farm Salads

Farm Burger is Adding a New Farm Salad This Summer

Farm Burger wants to deliver the kind of light, fresh, and local fare that consumers crave in the summertime with the debut of the new Farm Salad and new Superfood Salad.

Featuring local produce that's in season in the late spring and summer, both of the new salads give consumers locally sourced fare at fast casual prices. The first of the new salads, the Farm Salad, features a blend of local lettuce and arugula, along with cucumber, watermelon radish, seasonal tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of housemade buttermilk dill dressing. On the other hand, the new Superfood Salad features local kale and black rice topped with radish, strawberries, and pickled red onion. The Superfood Salad is also topped with crumbled feta and a honey-ginger dressing.

Both of these new chef-driven salads are always now.
