Facetasm, a designer brand that's based out of Japan, joined forces with Erik Schedin, who's reportedly "known for his minimalist and hard-to-acquire COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT collaborations."
The duo's recent collaboration has resulted in a collection of minimalist sneaker designs, which draw from a model that was first popularized back in 2004. One design that especially stands out features a bold checkerboard print in black and white. An image that promotes the design shows the sneakers against a matching backdrop, making for hypnotic visuals that attract the attention of consumers. Other designs are promoted similarly, with monochrome gray and mustard yellow low-tops presented against matching backdrops as well.
Currently, the Facetasm and Erik Schedin collection is available from the latter's online store, as well as a variety of retailers.
