Experience-Based Loyalty Rewards

Spur Rewards Bookings and Gifts with Credits and Pins

Spur Experiences is introducing experience-based loyalty rewards through Spurfect Rewards, a program that recognizes customers for booking, gifting, and redeeming activities. Unlike traditional programs focused on personal purchases, this system allows members to earn benefits when sharing experiences with others, combining digital incentives with physical collectibles.

The program features ten themed badges covering activities such as dining, outdoor adventures, and cultural experiences. Members receive $20 in e-wallet credit after five qualifying experiences, an additional $50 after ten, and another $100 after twenty. The first milestone also includes a collectible enamel pin, while previous purchases contribute toward progress.

For Spur Experiences, the program creates opportunities to encourage repeat bookings and expand customer engagement across its catalog of more than 9,000 activities. Rewarding gifted experiences also supports customer referrals through personal connections, while milestone incentives encourage continued participation.
