Immortals and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital recently entered an esports partnership that aims to raise funds for children battling with life-threatening illnesses. The esports organization has signed on to raise a total goal of $500,000 over the next two years with the help of its Overwatch League Franchise Los Angeles Valiant.
Immortals is not only dedicated to fan entertainment but also prides itself on its "unprecedented dedication to player well-being," making this partnership something that aligns with its core values.
Immortals and Los Angeles Valiant Executive Chairman Noah Whinston recently described the partnership, explaining “it is part of our organizational DNA to give back to the communities that we serve and represent. We believe wholeheartedly in the mission of St. Jude, and it is an honor to work with a partner that shares our values of inclusivity. It’s incredible that families at St. Jude never receive a bill, so they can focus on what matters most – helping their child live.”
