'Enerscore' is a Massachusetts-based startup that aims to provide an energy efficiency rating platform for each home in the United States. The goal of the company is to convince homeowners to invest in technology that is more energy efficient by demonstrating how it may impact property or rental values.

Enerscore plans to roll out a platform that would allow users to see the energy efficiency of each property in their area. The platform would use a color-coded system to provide ratings, as well as an estimate for a home's annual energy usage. The platform's energy efficiency ratings are based on public construction records, square footage and other factors such as the types of heating and cooling systems installed.

The idea is that individuals who are looking to purchase or rent a property will be able to use the service to determine how energy efficient their home is before making a commitment.
