Lifepro's Expanded At-Home Workout Line Supports Strength Training

As many gyms remain closed, Lifepro is introducing two adjustable dumbbell sets to support those who are looking to start or continue strength training at home. The in-home strength training and weight lifting products were created to make high-quality equipment accessible for low-grade workouts at home.

The adjustable dumbbell line introduces six weight sizes that are built into each model, so that a dozen weights are packed into a compact package. While the PowerUp products range from 2.5 pounds up to 15 pounds, the PowerFlow Plus supports more advanced workouts at home that require up to 25 pounds.

The company recently launched other solutions for at-home use, such as foldable treadmills and under-desk cardio machines, which respect consumers' need for flexibility and space-saving solutions.
