The drive-thru experience at QSR Checkers just got updated through a collaboration with Hi Auto. The partners deployed Spanish drive-through artificial intelligence (AI) voice technology at select Checkers locations and this is certainly a significant development in the fast-food industry.

The integration of artificial intelligence technology within the drive-thru experience enhances customer service as it allows people to order in English or Spanish. This feature also has the ability to create an inclusive environment and welcoming different cultures. The machine-learning software automatically detects and responds in the customer's preferred language.
