Dr Martens x Sanrio SS 2011 Brings the Adorable Character to Footwear

Looks like Stussy isn't the only brand adding pop culture characters to its designs; the Dr Martens x Sanrio SS 2011 collection is here to hit the fashion world.

The Dr Martens x Sanrio SS 2011 collection marks the second collaboration between both companies. This time, there are two styles available: the Shoreditch Boot and the Carnaby Mary Jane. Both shoes will have the same design features -- visually -- with Sanrio characters scattered on their exteriors. Some of the characters to be introduced include Badtz Maru, Little Twin Stars and of course, the always adorable Hello Kitty.

These shoes will be released in limited numbers around mid-April of this year. In fact, according to Streething.com, the last collection sold out within hours in a single day. So, stay tuned for an actual release date and be prepared to battle other shoppers.
