The RTW Dior Spring 2014 fashions are like a trip headfirst into Wonderland. This inspiration is evident on slogans that appeared on garments like "Alice Garden," as well as psychedelic coloring, wonky hemlines and pleats. Rather than going soft with the use of floral prints in this Spring collection, the flowers that appear on these garments are big and bold, both in color and size.
Individual outfits featured mixes of unusual colors, such as a bright yellow paired with evergreen and bubblegum pink. As weird and wonderful as Alice's dreamland is, it also has its dark elements too, which comes through with details like moss-like necklaces that seem to be growing tightly and organically around the necks of models.
