These High-Class Meals Were Prepared for Rescued Pooches by Chef Jean-George

Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Jean-George Vongerichten created a divine fine dining dog menu, which he prepared for two rescued dogs. The heart-warming video features the incredible culinary skills of Chef Jean-George being used to please two adorable dogs.

The extravagant menu consists of three courses. The first is a roasted bone marrow with salmon roe and brioche croutons. The second course is orecchiette with meatballs and fresh ricotta. Finally, for dessert the canines chow down on a bowl of a peanut butter ice cream.

This quirky video aims to encourage pet adoption. While the canines have been lost and unwanted, the ultimate goal is to show the audience that there are many canines who don't have this luxury -- or any other luxuries. By encouraging pet adoption it will increase the amount of stay animals and annual animal euthanizations.
