Dessert-Style Protein Bars

Beyond Resilience Lands Its Bar in Walmart's Bakery Section

Beyond Resilience is introducing indulgent protein bars to U.S. retail with the 'Protein Crunch Bar,' offering shoppers a sweeter-looking option than the usual gym-style snack. Produced by Sany Nutrition Group, the bar is part of the brand's broader push into the U.S. market.

The caramel-and-chocolate bar wraps a speculoos cream and a crisp center in a chocolate coating, with 15 g of protein across two 40-g servings. Walmart is placing it in the bakery section rather than the standard protein-bar aisle, putting it in front of people shopping for treats as well as for nutrition.

For shoppers, this means protein snacking can be placed alongside everyday bakery picks rather than only in a fitness-led set. That placement makes Beyond Resilience easier to find during a regular grocery run and gives rival bar makers a clear reason to pursue more dessert-like formats.

Retail positioning outside the fitness aisle is reshaping how shoppers discover better-for-you products, opening new merchandising pathways for brands seeking mainstream appeal.
Functional Bakery Snacks
Protein-enriched bars with layered textures and dessert cues reflect growing demand for snacks that deliver nutrition without sacrificing familiar bakery-style enjoyment.
