Triple-Source Protein Powder Blends

Designer Wellness's Improved Designer Whey Is Reformulated

Designer Wellness updated its long-running Designer Whey protein powder with a triple-source blend that now includes microfiltered micellar casein between whey concentrate and whey isolate, featuring digestive support with added prebiotic fiber, probiotics and enzymes. The reformulated powder delivers a solid 20g of protein per serving and keeps calories low at about 110 per serving.

The nutrition panel lands around 6g of carbohydrates, zero added sugar and 1–2g of fat, and the flavor system was rebuilt to be smoother and richer using only natural flavors and stevia with no artificial sweeteners or colors. The line comes in six options including Gourmet Chocolate, French Vanilla, Strawberry Cream, Unflavored and Double Chocolate, and is offered in 2lb and 5lb sizes with listed price points.

For consumers this delivers a familiar shake experience with slower-digesting casein layered into a traditional whey format to extend amino acid release and support satiety. Improved flavor and built-in digestive aides make it easier to use as an everyday protein option, and the product modernizes a legacy formula for today’s ingredient-focused shoppers.
