Whey Protein Powder Expansions

Levels Debuts Strawberry & Unflavored Whey Protein in Walmart

Levels has expanded its retail presence by introducing Strawberry and Unflavored Whey Protein Powders in 1.48-pound canisters to select Walmart stores nationwide, alongside single-serving sachets of its Vanilla Bean and Double Chocolate flavors. This move effectively broadens the variety and portion options available to mainstream grocery shoppers.

The Unflavored Whey Protein Powders contain 25 grams of protein and 5.6 grams of branched-chain amino acids per scoop with merely two total ingredients, while the strawberry option offers 24 grams of protein and 5.4 grams of BCAAs from an eight-ingredient formula. Both of these have earned the Clean Label Project Purity Award after undergoing screening for more than 400 potential contaminants, a certification achieved by fewer than three in ten brands in the category.

This launch builds upon the brand’s existing vanilla and chocolate canisters already stocked at Walmart, and the company notes that the overall distribution increase at the retailer approaches 120%.
