'DentalXr.ai Pro' is a software program that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze dental radiograph X-ray images and provide a diagnosis. The software was developed by a team of dentists, data scientists and programmers from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Europe’s largest university hospital. DentalXrai Pro can automatically detect pathologies and restorations such as caries, infections, crowns, implants and root canal fillings and highlight them in color on the X-ray image. It also generates written documentation of the findings and offers a new 'Perio Pro Mode' that evaluates periodontal bone loss.
