'Joule' is a wearable device that delivers caffeine directly into the bloodstream. While there are currently transdermal patches on the market that provide instant caffeine injections, these products are largely irritating and uncomfortable to wear. This FDA-approved device provides an alternative for those who don't have time for an extra shot of espresso.

Joule is a durable silicon bracelet that delivers caffeine directly into the body for steady absorption. Unlike the patch, Joule is placed in a high blood flow area without much fat resistance. This allows the caffeine to be absorbed into the bloodstream without the sticky and uncomfortable feeling that comes from wearing a patch. In total, the bracelet delivers 65mg of caffeine, which is the equivalent of a medium cup of coffee.

The company is currently running an Indiegogo campaign to bring the bracelet to caffeine-deficient consumers everywhere.
