Spanish designer Raul Laurì presented his collection of lamps and table wear, entitled Decafé, at the 2012 Salone Satellite Exhibition. Made out of heat and pressure-treated coffee grounds, the Decafé collection is a wonderful treat for the senses. The bowls, table wear and the series of lamps -- including table, pendant and floor lamps -- are visually intriguing.
As explained by Decafé creator, Laurì "Decafe is a reflection on the cycle of natural elements that we use on a regular basis. Its aim is to give a second chance to coffee ground as a biodegradable and renewable material while taking advantage of its emotional aspects." Ultimately, this collection will tempt all of your senses and leave you craving a hot cup of java.
