DC women characters get re-imagined into vogue hipsters in Elizabeth Beals' Justice League illustrations.
The women of DC are usually showcased in clothing pieces that are targeted to please the male demographic. For Beals' drawings, she decided to alter the wardrobes of several DC women characters to please the fashion-savvy audiences of the DC comics. From Harley Quinn to Wonder Woman, most of the major female players of the DC Universe are accounted for -- with Hawkgirl being the clear exception from the illustrated roster.
Each outfit was designed with the use of characters' regular crime fighting outfit. Beals also included in her illustrations the incorporate aspects of the characters' personality into the hipster ensembles.
