Day Out Snacks is giving its portable protein ball snacks an autumnal overhaul to help transform the nutrition-driven product into a permissible treat.
The product will come in the new Pumpkin Cheesecake and Apple Pie flavors as a nod to Americana cuisine classics, which each leverage the brand's existing recipe with fall-themed flavor inclusions. Each protein ball bite is made with a nut butter and date base, and comes in 4.5-ounce bags with nine pieces with each three-piece serving delivering nine-grams of protein. The products maintain a free-from formulation that's non-GMO and gluten-free with ingredients that will provide nutritional support and energy through the day.
The newest seasonal flavors from Day Out Snacks come as part of the brand's strategy to gauge consumer interest and feedback that could help to guide its new product development (NPD) in the future.
