Despite the name, Dave’s Hot Chicken is giving fans a tasty new chicken-free option with the debut of its Dave’s NOT Chicken Cauliflower Sliders, Tenders, and Bites.
Designed to give vegetarians and flexitarians a way to enjoy its famous hot chicken recipe, the Dave’s NOT Chicken Cauliflower Sliders are made with cauliflower instead of chicken. Each Cauliflower Slider order starts with a fresh, whole head of crisp cauliflower that's been hand-sliced, seasoned, and then fried to order, using the same spices found on the brand's signature hot chicken. The slider is served on a potato bun and also comes with kale slaw, pickles, and a drizzle of Dave's special sauce. On the other hand, the Dave’s NOT Chicken Cauliflower Tenders are served on a slice of bread with pickles and a side of sauce, while the Bites are served with a slice of bread and Dave's sauce.
