The Copson ST x Eastpack Marries the West Coast With the East

Los Angeles meets New York with the hipster Copson St x Eastpack backpack collection. Known for their tropical aesthetic and West Coast culture, Copson St has brought a taste of the laid-back lifestyle to the East Coast. The soft, pastel colors, inspired by a summer evening on Venice Beach, are given a punk edge through the addition of some studded metal embellishments. As the designers say, it is their "own take on Americana."

Created as a part of Eastpak’s charity Artist Studio Project for 2012, all the proceeds from the Copson St x Eastpack backpack collection will go to Designers Against AIDS. Comprised of three colorways, the pieces are all amazing; however, a washed-out teal version is the most representative of its overall aesthetic.
