Blended American Malt Whiskeys

Coors Whiskey Co Launches Its Coors Whiskey Co Blended

Coors Whiskey Co introduced its first namesake blended American malt whiskey, a limited eight-year-old release from Molson Coors' spirits division featuring Coors and Colorado malts and bottled at 55.25% ABV. The inaugural expression celebrates the company's nearly 150-year malting heritage and is limited to 1,200 bottles.

The whiskey offers aromas of plum, cinnamon raisin bread and cooked Granny Smith apples, alongside a palate of pear, salted melon, toffee, peat and lightly smoked dark chocolate-covered cherry. Priced at US$79.99, it joins the Coors Spirits Co portfolio alongside Barmen 1873 and Five Trail Blended American Whiskey.

For whiskey enthusiasts, the release delivers a malt-forward take on American whiskey while highlighting Coors' longstanding expertise in malting. Its limited production and higher ABV reflect growing demand for premium, collectible spirits with heritage-driven storytelling.
