Beautiful Contemporary Mexican Homes

Arqueodigma Studio's Lomas House is Designed for Family-Sse

A beautiful contemporary Mexican home that values privacy while also boasting feelings of openness and freedom is located in a suburban neighborhood in Guadalajara. The residence, which spans two floors and a below-grade area, is outfitted with attention-captivating modern sensibilities. The interior features various openings and overhangs. The ceiling boasts wood, while the windows are optimized to provide a good dose of lighting. The facade of the building, on the other hand, presents a combination of smooth and textured concrete.

The contemporary Mexican home was designed by the local firm Arqueodigma Studio. The practice focused on striking a balance between the private and the public. As such, while the home's interior feels substantially open, the exterior features strategically placed windows at higher heights in order to preserve privacy.
