Targeted Air Compression Therapies

Hyperice's New Recovery Device is Titled Normatec Elite Hips

Hyperice has introduced a new recovery device — the Normatec Elite Hips — which is engineered to deliver targeted air compression therapy to the hip region, iliotibial (IT) band, and lower back.

The Normatec Elite Hips differentiates itself in the athletic recovery market through its design. The product is a self-contained, cordless unit that operates without the need for external hoses or a separate control module. The device features two independent compression zones intended to provide seamless coverage, with users able to select from seven different pressure intensity levels. The Normatec Elite Hips includes a rechargeable battery offering several hours of operation and can connect via Bluetooth to a companion smartphone application for personalized settings. The underlying technology is designed to mimic the body's natural circulatory processes to enhance blood flow and alleviate muscle tightness.
