Google Has Expanded Its College Searching Function

Google has recently expanded its college searching ability. Most notably, a new tool was added that will assist users searching for US schools, where they will be able to search based on applicable fields of study, as well as location.

The Google college searching functions will be available on both the computer and mobile versions of the search engine. Users will also be able to combine searchers, which will allow users to get detailed information about the schools in a selected area. The new education-related search functions will also provide information, like graduate success from an institution. Users will also be able to access acceptance rates and other information.

Previously the function was only available for four-year programs, however, now two-year programs will be included in the new capabilities.
