Hublot's Classic Fusion Balloon Dog is a 42 mm wearable sculpture created with Jeff Koons, featuring an "inflated" aesthetic that translates the artist's mirrored balloon forms into horology. The model is presented in three editions: high-polish stainless steel and polished, eloxied aluminium in vivid red or blue, each limited to 200 examples.
Every element was reworked to evoke air-filled volume, from the domed sapphire and convex dial to rounded screw heads and a padded metallic-leather strap. Details include a rubber-coated aluminium crown inspired by a balloon, a decorative "balloon tail" at 10:30, a Balloon Dog seconds-counterweight, voluminous Super-LumiNova indices and an in-house automatic calibre with a wolfram rotor.
A chrome-finish, Balloon Dog–inspired packaging and the Nyon-made construction align art and haute horlogerie, offering collectors a tactile, sculptural take on timekeeping. The 5+5 warranty program supports long-term ownership while galleries and select Hublot points present the pieces as conversation bridges between contemporary art and watchmaking.
