Churro Ice Cream Tacos

Taco Bell and Salt & Straw Reinvent a Nostalgic Dessert

Churro ice cream tacos are combining nostalgic desserts with familiar QSR flavors through Taco Bell and Salt & Straw’s latest collaboration. The limited-time treat features a crispy waffle cone shell filled with Churro Ice Cream, topped with puffed rice and finished with a dark chocolate-flavored coating. The partnership also extends to Live Más Café with the Choco-Waffle Chiller, which translates the dessert into a frozen beverage with churro crumbles, waffle cone pieces and a crackable chocolatey shell.

The collaboration builds on demand for last year’s Tacolate, which sold out during its launch weekend. Bringing the new version to Taco Bell restaurants nationwide allows both brands to reach a larger audience while using scarcity to generate excitement. The additional café-exclusive format also shows how food brands can extend successful collaborations across multiple menu categories, encouraging repeat visits and strengthening consumer engagement.
