The product features the signature format of the classic Terry's Chocolate Orange with its sphere-shaped profile and 20-segment serving size, but prioritizes the flavor of milk chocolate. This is intended to help the brand tap into the plain chocolate segment that makes up approximately 40% of the market to bring new customers to the brand the holiday season.

Senior Marketing Manager Lorène Decam commented on the new Terry’s Chocolate Milk Ball saying, "Launching a plain version is something most brands start with, but Terry’s will always be different. Our ambition is to tap into the 40% of the category that is plain chocolate but with the unique ritual and format of Terry’s chocolate balls. There’s a huge growth opportunity for the brand and the category.”
