Available from all 20 TooJay's locations, the new Winter in New York menu is packed with East Coast-inspired snacks like Loaded Pastrami Tots, NYC Street Dogs, Chopped Cheese, and more. The menu also includes the new Chilled Hot Chocolate, which delivers the delicious taste of hot chocolate, but at a Florida-friendly temperature.
