Loaded Caramelized Onion Burgers

Smashburger Has a New Cheesy Caramelized Onion Smash Burger

Smashburger is kicking off summer with the launch of a new burger called the Cheesy Caramelized Onion Smash, as well as three tasty new milkshakes.

The new Cheesy Caramelized Onion Smash is an onion-heavy burger that starts with a Certified Angus Beef topped with melted cheddar cheese, aged Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. For even more onion flavor, the burger is served on a toasted onion bun. Customers also have the option to swap the Angus Beef patty for a Grilled Chicken, Crispy Chicken, Turkey Burger Patty or Black Bean Patty.

A perfect pairing for the new Cheesy Caramelized Onion Smash burger, Smashburger is also serving up three new summer-ready milkshakes: Tangerine Dream, S’mores made with Ghirardelli, and Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough.
