General Mills Just Unveiled Cheerios Name Boxes for American Heart Month

In honor of American Heart Month General Mills, Inc. has just launched new Cheerios name boxes.

Perfect for families that want to keep their preferred cereal separate, the new Cheerios name boxes consist of heart-shaped Cheerios cereal packed in boxes with pre-populated names like Mom, Friends, Grandparents, and Family. The names will be available in both English and Spanish so mamá can have her own personal box of heart-shaped Cheerios, while the grandkids have their own separate box. The boxes with pre-populated text will begin rolling out on January 30, 2024, but then customers will also have the option to personalize their own yellow boxes with any 18-character name on the Cheerios website starting this. February. As Kathy Dixon, Senior Brand Experience Manager of Cheerio, explains, "From being there to cheer on your kids’ activities to laughs across the breakfast table — these are the moments with loved ones that remind us why it’s worth saying, ‘Yes’ to taking care of our heart health."
