Wingstop is introducing candy-inspired chicken glazes through a Halloween collaboration with SOUR PATCH KIDS, bringing the candy brand's familiar sweet-and-sour flavor into savory restaurant dishes. The limited-edition Wicked Punch glaze combines REDBERRY-inspired sweetness with a sour finish and SOUR PATCH KIDS Bitz, offering customers an unexpected way to experience the popular candy.
Developed by Wingstop's flavor team, the sauce can be added to any protein offering at participating restaurants. Club Wingstop members receive early access on October 23, before the nationwide release on October 27. The promotion continues through November 5 as part of SOUR PATCH KIDS' 13 Days of Mischief campaign.
For Wingstop, the collaboration introduces a distinctive seasonal menu option while encouraging loyalty participation. SOUR PATCH KIDS also gains exposure beyond packaged confectionery, connecting its Halloween marketing activities with restaurant dining experiences.
