The Calvin Klein Spring/Summer 2013 collection was spearheaded Italo Zuchelli, otherwise known as the brand's current creative director. Zucchelli has stayed true to the fashion house's classic appeal for this seasonal line via clean cut khakis and crisp white t-shirts, perfect for minimalist menswear enthusiasts.

Zucchelli's vision for Calvin Klein is one that has been rife with compromises. While he has attempted to modernize the label with his incorporation of unusual materials, inclusive of foam taken from bicycle seats, he has at the same time had to respect Calvin Klein's long standing culture of traditionalism. The monochromatic style of the Spring/Summer 2013 pieces do just this, merging timeless apparel with slight floral and leather embellishments.
