The 'Cake Osa+' is a new electric motorcycle from the Swedish automotive manufacturer 'Cake.' With this electric motorbike, Cake sought to create a vehicle that is equal parts functional as it is stylish. While many motorbikes contain minimal storage, such as a small basket overtop the rear wheel, the Osa+ is poised by Cake as a "workbench on wheels."
The workbench classification comes from the multipurpose decks overtop the front and rear wheels. Riders can mount storage baskets, trailers, or even a second seat on these racks while resting easily as the bike supports hundreds of pounds in payload sizes.
The Osa+ features a 13.4-horsepower electric motor powered by a 50Ah, 37-pound battery. The bike, when sitting only one rider, achieves a top speed of 56 miles per hour and delivers a range of 57 miles. Customers can purchase the 2022 Cake Osa+ at prices beginning at $10,500 USD.
