Blondie-Studded Ice Creams

Butterscotch Blondie is Baskin-Robbins' New Flavor of the Month

If you're officially done with peppermint, gingerbread, and all the other classic holiday flavors, Baskin-Robbins has you covered with its new Butterscotch Blondie ice cream flavor.

Just as the name suggests, the new Butterscotch Blondie flavor is made with pieces of real Blondie Brownie Bites – which is essentially a dessert bar that swaps the cocoa in brownies for vanilla. The Blondie Brownie Bites are combined with a Yellow Cake Batter flavored Ice Cream base and Butterscotch Swirls throughout.

Butterscotch Blondie is officially the Flavor of the Month for January 2023 and it will coincide with the brand's ongoing Celebrate 31 promotion. As part of this promotion, all participating Baskin-Robbins locations will be offering a discount of 31% off all scoops, all day on January 31, 2023.
