Burberry Transforms its Monogram Logo with Year of the Rabbit Motifs

Burberry is launching its Year of the Rabbit 2023 collection featuring a playful reimagining of the Thomas Burberry Monogram, complete with rabbit ears to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Women's, men's, and children's clothing, accessories, cashmere, silk scarves, and the ‘Lola Bag’ bear the Thomas Burberry Monogram in the shape of a bunny.

The rabbit, the fourth in a twelve-year cycle of Chinese zodiac animals, is the representative animal of 2023. The rabbit is a recurring theme in Burberry’s Lunar New Year-only collection, with cartoon-inspired renditions of the animal showcased alongside realistic versions. Some rabbits are arranged back-to-back, so their ears meet to form a heart, while others perch atop the Burberry emblem. Collection highlights include a fleece backpack with 3D rabbit ears, the 'Lola Bag' in black and white leather, and varsity-style jackets with embroidered elements.
