Cleanly Collaged Editorials

The British Vogue 'Pop Core' Photoshoot Embraces a Modern Surf Theme

The British Vogue 'Pop Core' editorial may be inspired by "splashy surf style" as Models.com puts it, but that isn't immediately evident. Instead, there is a clean, contemporary aesthetic to the photoshoot that is mimicked in the outfits put together. From sleek shapes and artsy patterns to subdued expressions and chic accessories, the looks are not exactly what one would expect a surfer girl to wear.

Shot by photographer Craig McDean, the British Vogue 'Pop Core' editorial appears in the latest issue of the publication. It stars models Sam Rollinson, Lexi Boling and Katlin Aas. In place of Roxy and other surfer brands, stylist Jane How clad them in pieces from the likes of Céline, Kenzo, Dior and more. The editorial is finished with a collaged design.
