Yoshinoya is Using the BotristaPro to Expand Its Boba Tea Menu

The popular Japanese chain Yoshinoya is now using the BotristaPro to streamline operations and bolster its boba tea offerings.

Yoshinoya originally began testing Boba Tea in select restaurants back in late 2022 and was met with positive customer response. Backed by strong demand, Yoshinoya has decided to double down on boba by partnering with Botrista, which sells the proprietary beverage station, BotristaPro. With this new technology, Yoshinoya’s staff can effortlessly prepare high-quality Boba Teas with just the push of a button. Botrista also helped Yoshinoya with menu development as well, so that Yoshinoya can provide customers with an exceptional beverage experience each time. As Jon Gilliam, CEO of Yoshinoya, explains, "By partnering with Botrista, we are able to provide customers with exceptional Boba Teas that tap into the latest technology to make sure each drink is perfect every time.”
