Birkenstock and BEAMS Join Forces on a Boston Sandal

BEAMS works in collaboration with footwear expert Birkenstock on a new iteration of the iconic Boston Sandal for the warmer seasons of the wear. The Japanese brand infuses its design language to the classic silhouette, resulting in a minimal aesthetic with a dark palette.

It is made using black suede material before it is lined with a microfiber synthetic leather material at the insole section. The entire silhouette is showcased in a black hue for a monochromatic look thorughout. The duo have joined forces before and are no strangers to one another -- previously, the duo launched iterations of both the Arizona and the Zurich shoes in a gray and tan palette and now, round that out with a black option.
