Nike and Devin Booker's Book 1 Shoe Gets a Textural Update

Nike is no stranger to NBA star Devin Booker as the two cooked up the Book 1 sneaker model before -- now, the two present the signature silhouette with an updated material and colorway. The latest version is defined by its all-black colorway as a celebration of Booker's pet dog, Haven -- the name of the colorway is named after Haven.

It has a matte black texture that covers a lot of the upper, which honors his Cane Corso and smooth black coat. To add some textural contrast, the shoe is detailed with hairy black fur around the laces and collar sections to replicate dog hair. Tonal contrast is seen with a touch of metallic surrounding the Swoosh and Book logo.
