The BomBom Collection is Designed to Celebrate Lisbon's Tones

Portuguese modern artists Joana Vasconcelos and Roche Bobois work in collaboration on the new BomBom collection of outdoor furniture. The theme of the designs highlights pastel tones and comes in the form of sofas, cushions, and rugs. Overall, it embodies the unique style of Casconcelos and celebrates the colors of Lisbon's sunsets and Old Town. The capsule features playful looks and all of the seating units are adjustable to suit any space and purpose.

Vasconcelos explains the influence behind the design, stating “Everyday life is my main source of inspiration. My works are designed from everyday elements and materials. As a Portuguese woman, the savoir-faire and materials specific to my culture are essential: the azulejos that adorn our indoor and outdoor spaces, along with the crochet doilies that decorate sofas, tables, and televisions in all Portuguese homes. In my mind, this collaboration with Roche Bobois is the perfect fusion of Art, Design, and Life.”
