Erewhon Has a New Blueberry Cobbler Scandi Summer Smoothie

Elsa Hosk is the latest personality to try her hand at crafting a smoothie Erewhon and her Blueberry Cobbler Scandi Summer certainly doesn't disappoint.

For those unfamiliar, Elsa Hosk is a Swedish model and influencer. Much like fellow Swede, Matilda Djerf, Hosk has teamed up with the luxury grocery store chain, Erewhon, to put together a rich and fruity new smoothie. Hosk’s Blueberry Cobbler Scandi Summer is available now through August 15th and features a lengthy list of ingredients. The smoothie starts with Malk Organic Vanilla Oat Milk blended with organic bananas and blueberries. The drink is then enhanced with lucuma, blue spirulina, and Bio-K Blueberry, and finished with a topping of organic coconut whip and graham cracker crust crumbles.
