The Definitely Blue Café was created to show off Innocent's new Bolt From the Blue juice beverage, which is a vitamin-rich blend of apple, guava, coconut water and spirulina. Despite its branding, the boldly colored beverage has become the subject of great debate on social media, with many fans insisting that the drink is actually green in color rather than blue.
To prove that its new drink is certainly blue, Innocent set up the Definitely Blue Café in the UK and is inviting people to stop by and drink blue juice, eat blue food and totally immerse themselves in "the smell, sound and sights of blue."
