Blaze Pizza Builds and Cooks Custom Fast-Fired Pizzas On the Spot

Blaze Pizza is the new custom-made pizza chain taking the U.S. fast food market by storm.

Blaze Pizza functions like a Subway-style deli counter, allowing customers to choose from a range of already-prepped veggies, meats and cheese. Servers top each customer's personalized pizza with their chosen ingredients on a fresh dough base. Then, the thin crust pizzas are fired in Blaze Pizza's specialized fast-fire ovens. It's a combination of different popular concepts -- personalized counter-style service, upscale fast food dining and the current craze for wood-fired pizza.

Blaze Pizza is expanding extremely rapidly. It already has 50 locations in the U.S. and a new Blaze Pizza restaurant opens every five days. As if this wasn't enough, LeBron James just invested in the burgeoning gourmet chain.
