Protein-Boosted Plant-Based Cheeses

The BioCheese Cheddar Shred Has 10-Grams of Added Protein

The BioCheese Cheddar Shred has been developed by the Australian dairy-free cheese brand as a protein-fortified food product perfect for elevating dishes with cheesy taste and texture with macro-boosted benefits.

The product starts off with a coconut oil base with 10% pea protein added in to deliver 10-grams of protein per 100-gram serving. The shredded plant-based cheese is thus ideal for use in toasted sandwiches, on tacos and in salads to boost nutritional benefits in a taste and texture-driven way. The product is also allergen-friendly, enriched with calcium, infused with fiber thanks to the aforementioned pea protein and vegan-friendly.

The BioCheese Cheddar Shred is arriving at Coles in Australia alongside independent grocers for $9 AUD per 200-gram bag to encourage shoppers to pick it up and keep it on hand for any recipe.
