As part of the campaign for Microsoft's Blue Dragon (an xbox 360 role-playing video game), a giant projection of pedestrian shadows was displayed on the side of a downtown building. The shadows were resized and morphed, giving viewers a sweet cityscape show. Visitors to the site could even interact and watch the results via a livefeed.
Implications - This interactive experience allows consumers to partake in the project and be more involved in the atmosphere of the game. Getting consumers to experience your product or service in new ways before they purchase it stands to heighten the buzz surrounding it. Thus, it is important to consider interactivity when developing a marketing plan.
