With Halloween here it is important for home owners to know the top six best-selling candies in the world to keep their trick-or-treaters happy this holiday season.

At the top of the list are the beloved M&Ms, which creates $1.8 billion in sales every year and is owned by Mars Inc. Coming in second is Cadbury's Dairy Milk which generates $852 million annually. The third candy is a surprise with the German chocolate Milka creating $733 million a year. The fourth candy may not be a candy at all, but it certainly gives a sugar rush as Trident generates $682 million annually. The fifth is Meiji chocolate from Japan and the sixth is Orbit gum, another surprise candy choice.

So, remember when handing out Halloween candy, go for these options and the kids will remember your house year after year.
