Mattias Adolfsson, a Sweden-based artist, created these Baroque 'Star Wars' portraits. You know the saying, if it ain't Baroque, don't fix it....

Anyway, the creative revamp of the popular characters is very funny. The Stormtrooper and Darth Vader illustrations are obvious, but they still appear completely different than the characters that we have grown to love. These Baroque 'Star Wars' portraits are definitely for the fan that has everything.

Implications - Consumers prefer to invest their time and money into products that are reflective or indicative of their personal preferences and tastes. Companies that are able to transform popular crazes or concepts into unique versions will appeal to a large clientele. Tweaking a product in modern or retro ways will put a company at an advantage in today's society.
